Plat Reader
a Raibit tool · working demo
checking…

Upload a scanned plat. Get the calls, the math, and a CAD file.

This tool reads the bearings and distances off a scanned survey document, then checks its own reading with closure math. A traverse that closes at survey grade proves the transcription is faithful. One that does not close gets flagged with evidence, never silently corrected. It reads. You review.

Tested on recorded Martin County plats: an 11-call creek traverse closed at 1 : 332,273, and the tool caught a recorded right-of-way description that misses closure by 584.75 ft, most likely a dropped call.
